Passion Justifies the Means
There’s a saying that captures this idea, although it has a slightly different twist. The full quote comes from Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Jesuit Order: “If the goal is the salvation of the soul, then the end justifies the means.”
For me, “passion” resonates on a deeper level. I’ve shared countless times how much I love gymnastics and how my passion fuels my drive in various aspects of my life.
Recently, I faced a small setback while training that kept me away from the gymnastics for a while. However, just like everything I dive into with enthusiasm and determination, I refused to give up. Instead of seeing this pause as a setback, I viewed it as a golden opportunity to reassess how I could enhance my training.
I utilized my time effectively, focusing on activities that I could dive into during this period. Importantly, I never stopped working on my recovery, and I’m thrilled to share that I’m back to the gymnastics in full swing.
My passion for gymnastics justified every effort I made to recover more quickly than usual, and I achieved this without any external intervention.
Returning Sweeter Than the Beginning
Returning to something you love is truly enchanting. In the beginning, you might rush to absorb every moment, eager not to miss a single experience. However, with this return comes a unique calm, beautifully intertwined with adrenaline, resulting in a fantastic rush of dopamine.
I’m talking about my return to gymnastics, but this sentiment applies to many other areas of life as well. There’s something incredibly sweet about approaching activities with a more deliberate pace. When we rush, we often overlook special moments.
Think about it: at the start of any journey, we tend to dive in at a pace that feels unnatural. But now, I want to emphasize how returning gives us the chance to savor experiences at a slower rhythm, allowing us to fully appreciate each moment. When we engage consciously, our feelings deepen, and everything becomes more vivid.
Walking back into OverGravity Gymnastic London filled me with energy and joy. I feel alive—happily awake! And honestly, what could be better? The experience might even compare to that exhilarating connection you share in a moment of pure intimacy, one that electrifies your entire being and makes your mind smile. Of course, both experiences complement each other; you need a balance of both.
Returning to anything has its myriad benefits, and we should seize those opportunities. I’m embracing every moment now, living it with an open and fully aware mind.
With Consistency Toward Success
Have you ever tried to do three pull-ups? It may seem easy, but it truly requires significant effort, particularly in training your muscles and willpower. However, if you commit to doing pull-ups every day for a month, you’ll likely reach 5 to 8 repetitions in a single set—or even more!
When we maintain consistency in our efforts and learning something new, we quickly become proficient. Consistency is crucial for achieving any goal we set for ourselves.
When I want to improve in any area, I never stop practicing, chatting, or learning. The same principle applies to gymnastics. Even during my recovery pause due to injury, I continued to train my body. I simply adjusted my routine, listening closely to the signals from my body. This consistency kept me in shape and allowed me to return to my normal training rhythm quickly. Now, I’m back in the gymnastics gym!
Ultimately, consistency always leads to success. It’s a vital quality for everything we aspire to achieve. So, pursue your passion with unwavering consistency.
Dopamine Booster: Returning to Gymnastics Sweeter Than the Start
The truth is, the happiness I felt when returning to the gymnastics gym is absolutely indescribable. At this stage of my life, I can confidently say there’s no stronger dopamine booster. The satisfaction from everything I accomplished while I couldn’t train is truly remarkable. Patience, consistency, my home workouts, and martial arts, yoga—all of these elements came together to create amazing results.

I must highlight how much meditation has helped me in this journey. Each action I took contributed to my ability to leap back into my passion with a smile, ready to embrace a backflip once again. The moment before executing a challenging backflip or front flip is ripe with intense concentration. Then comes the sheer freedom of flight!
Both concentration and freedom are core values in my life. They not only benefit my performance in sports but also enhance my work, my relationships with others, and my daily experiences.
Naturally, I’ve set new goals for my gymnastics training because it’s essential to keep pushing toward improvement. We must always move forward, striving for excellence.
Consistency is the backbone of any successful journey. As I return to the gymnastics, I feel a surge of passion that fuels my spirit and drives me forward. Every step I take, every flip I perform, reminds me that with unwavering dedication, we can overcome challenges and reach new heights.

Embrace your journey, stay consistent, and let your passion guide you. The best is yet to come!
