  • Plank
  • Chaturanga
  • Downward Facing Dog
  • Cobra (10 reps each)

Continue with Calisthenics Moves:

  • Push-Ups (15-20 reps)
  • Squats (15-20 reps)
  • Pull-Ups (15-20 reps)

Return to Yoga:

  • Pigeon Pose—slow and hold (2 minutes on each side)
  • Side Plank (30 seconds on each side)
  • Uplift Facing Dog to Downward Facing Dog (5 reps)

Finish with Gymnastics:

  • Bicycle Crunch (30 seconds)
  • Leg Raises (30 seconds)
  • Russian Twist (30 seconds)

At the end do some relaxing meditations – breath calmly and relise your muscels.
