My Yoga Journey: Mastering Handstands and Meditation

As an entrepreneur, I’ve always believed in pushing boundaries and constantly striving to level up. About not giving up when something truly matters to me. Whenever I set my mind to a challenge, I stick with it until I conquer it. That’s the mindset I bring to everything, whether it’s handstands, business, or life.


Why Do I Love Handstands?

First and foremost, handstands demand a remarkable level of strength and stability. Initially, these poses engage your core, shoulders, and wrists like nothing else — it’s essentially a super-charged plank that pushes your body to its limits. Next, I focus on my breath for 5 to 7 minutes. I close my eyes and inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6. Whenever my mind wanders, I gently bring it back — this anchors me and keeps me present.

Then, I do a quick body scan for 3 to 5 minutes, noticing tension and letting it go — like a mental massage after my handstands. Finally, I spend 2 minutes on gratitude, thinking of three things I appreciate — it’s a great way to start the day positively.
